At KK Soulcrafted Jewels, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Custom Orders (Non-Refundable)

All custom-made jewelry is final sale and non-refundable.

This includes any item that is:

  • Customized in size, engraving, material, or design

  • Made-to-order based on customer specifications

Due to the personalized nature of custom jewelry, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once production has begun.

2. Non-Custom (Standard) Items

For non-custom, ready-to-ship items:

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping fees.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos and a description of the issue.

Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.


5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


6. Policy Changes

KK Soulcrafted Jewels reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
